• Recommended hat cleaning process

  We suggest telling customers that want to wash their hat to wash it in the sink with soap and a brush and let it air dry.

• Recommended IQ360 press settings

  For leather the setting will be 280 on top and 320 on bottom for 45 seconds. For leatherette readjust time to 40 seconds.

• Recommended iron settings

  The iron will be on the cotten/linen setting and surface of the iron will be placed on the backside of the adhesive. The motion you will use will be very similar to ironing a shirt until the adhesive is adhered. Use a ironing board or old towel to soak up any moisture.

• Recommended single platen press settings

  We suggest starting @ 300 degrees and 40-50 seconds and leather 4oz or less of thickness.

• Recommended T-Shirt press settings

  With the backing of the adhesive facing the heating element you want to press for 10-12 seconds @ 220 degrees with medium pressure.
